Terms
of the Contract
Versatile
Sounds of the Fox Valley agrees to furnish entertainment for the contracted
hours at the specified location. Changes
to the contract in terms of location or time may change cost and result in a new
contract needed to be signed. Contracting
party agrees to forfeit the down payment in the event that the specified event
is cancelled for any reason with less than 90 days before.
The inability of Versatile Sounds of the Fox Valley Vegas
Nights to
start on-time or finish at the scheduled time due to changes by the contracting
party or conditions of the event itself will not reduce the contracted price or
change the ending time. If for
unforseen reasons including health, weather or acts of God, the entertainers of
Versatile Sounds of the Fox Valley Vegas
Nights are
unable to complete this contract, Versatile Sounds is only liable for the
already collected money. The
contracting party is responsible for the safety of the Entertainers and their
equipment from physical or verbal abuse. The signing of this contract confirms
that the contracting party fully understands and agrees to all of the terms as
spelled out in this contract.
